Welcome to the 12th NeuroSpine Meeting

Dear Colleagues, dear Friends,

We are pleased to welcome you to the 12th NeuroSpine Meeting which will take place at the Kursaal in Bern on Thursday, March 16, 2023.

NeuroSpine is the advanced Course of the Swiss Society of Neurosurgery (SSNS), endorsed by the Swiss Society of Spinal Surgery (SGS), and the Swiss Federation of Clinical Neuro Societies (SFCNS).
The focus on this years' meeting will be on the Fractured Spine | Hip and Spine.

The scientific program covers presentations on questions and challenges of daily practice and talks on basic and clinical research.
Besides the two main Sessions entitled: Hip and Spine and Innovations in managing the fractured spine the program includes again the two Joint Sessions AOSpine and EANS Spine with the goal to reinforce our international scope.

Learning from negative outcomes of ourselves and others is known to promote at least as much self-improvement as sharing success stories. Last years' newly introduced session: What I would not do again was very appreciated. It rounds up the meeting including one case which will be discussed by a panel of experts.

NeuroSpine is addressed mainly to neurosurgeons and orthopedic surgeons with a strong interest in spine. But also anesthesiologists, neurologists, rheumatologists, interventional radiologists, chiropractors, physiotherapists, and osteopaths are of course very welcome.

Last but not least the participants will have the opportunity to meet up with Sponsors, to extend the professional network and to share the knowledge and enthusiasm with colleagues and friends.

We are looking forward to very interactive discussions among speakers and audience and to meeting you at the Kursaal Bern in March 2023.
